General Questions

What is included in the rental fee?

  • Exclusive use of all our garden spaces from 6am-6pm
  • Two set up days and one set down day
  • Two parking attendants
  • Parking for up to over 500 vehicles
  • Security for tents, chairs and decor items set-up before the wedding day
  • Complimentary use of the venue for an engagement shoot
  • NEMA license for the wedding day
  • Washroom facilities available

How many hours does the rental fee include?

From 6am to 6pm

Can I have an evening party or wedding?

Yes, if your wedding goes into the evening, we charge an additional fee to cover from 6pm to 6am the following day.

How much is required as the deposit?

20% + refundable deposit to book your date, the rest is spaced out up until your last month when you expect you to have cleared your balance.

When would the deposit be due?

Immediately to secure your preferred date.

When would the balance be due?

1 month before your wedding.

Are there changing areas for the bride/groom/wedding party?

Yes!

How many people can your venue accommodate?

OVER 2,000 people at Naishola gardens and up to 1,000 people at Naiposha gardens.

Are we allocated time for a rehearsal?

Yes! - we don’t have a restriction on the number of days you wish to rehearse, provided we do not have an event on the days you wish to come.

Are tables, linens, chairs, plates, silverware, and glassware provided, or will I have to rent them myself or get them through my caterer?

We can provide at an extra cost.

Do you have an in-house caterer or a pre-approved list of caterers, are outside caterers allowed?

Outside caterers are allowed, we can share those we have worked with in the past

Do you offer any beverages? Is there a corkage fee for our own beverages?

You can bring in your own drinks, please feel free! it is your big event!! If you need help sourcing for drinks, we can help.

Are we allowed to bring in our own decorations?

Yes.

Do you have a signage to aid guests on directions?

Yes.

Do you offer on day of coordination on site? What services does that include?

Yes we do! Please see our wedding planning package.

What security services do you offer?

Security at the Parking and we also hire the local police for added security at an extra cost.

What time can vendors start setting up and setting down of the equipment?

Two days before for set up. One day to set down.

Are there any noise restrictions?

None. We are in the middle of a tea farm.

Is there ample parking for the guests? If not, is there a place they can park?

Yes we have lots of parking space available.

Is your venue accessible to those with any disabilities?

Yes.

Are bouncing castles allowed?

Yes.

Are fireworks allowed?

Yes.

Does the venue have a generator incase the power goes off?

Yes we have a generator(6.5kva).

Are cars allowed on the grounds?

No, we do not allow cars to access the grounds.
